Kent Dutton
I have been in
education for twenty years.
Graduated from Texas
A&M University in 1976 with a BS in Curriculum and
Instruction.
Member of the U.S.
Army from 1978-1992.
Taught ROTC at the
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1986-1989.
M.Ed. in Education
Administration in 1996 from Tarleton State University.
Taught middle school
and high school social studies and science before becoming
an administrator.
I have been at Buckholts
for six years.
I have one daughter
who graduated from South West Texas State University
in 2002.
I have one son who
is a sophomore at Tarleton State University in Stephenville.
My wife of thirty-two
years is a principal in Waco ISD and has been in education
since 1976.
I enjoy working
with children, parents, and the community and hope that
we can work together to help our students be successful.
